Change Of Ownership

IMPORANT ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce that with effect from 1st November 2022, there will be a change in ownership of the business, from Ace CarCare Ltd, to the new owners JJM Body Repair Ltd who will continue to trade as Ace Car Care & Ace Remaps.

As the team from JJM Body Repair Ltd have been trading within our existing business for over 15 months, providing operational & administrative services to our customers on our behalf, in preparation for the change-over, it is unlikely you will see or feel any material changes in the immediate future.

With 2 of the 3 JJM company directors being former employees of Ace CarCare Ltd, the new owners understand the importance of the core values & reputation we have built up over the past 23 years of running Ace Car Care & Ace Remaps, and we are assured that the high standards of workmanship & customer care will continue long into the future.

All existing staff are transferring to the new company, so that no history nor experience will be lost in the change over, and the team are excited for the future prospects that the new owners plan to bring to the business.

Current bookings, contracts, liabilities and warranties are being taken over by JJM Body Repair Ltd, and quotations & estimates will be honoured within the existing terms & conditions.

We would like to congratulate the JJM team on taking over our established business, and we will support them to continue the success we have enjoyed over the years we have been operating in Shrewsbury, Shropshire & beyond, and we will be excited to observe the plans they have for the future, coming to fruition.
